Glad you are happier Do suggest a better filter that uses bio material and filtration , not just charcoal I killed lots of fish until I realized I'd never be successful without the right "tools". Good luck

I must agree The tank is too clear Looks like no bio activity at all I suggest buying your fish from an aquarium store NOT PetSmart - never trusted them What kind of filtration system and tank do you have? You love your fish so don't give up

I use mechanical filtration in my internal filter too My purpose is micro filtration and it works great

I clean it once a week Maybe I'm over killing it lol

1-800-554*-2436 Fluval customer service If your housing isn't working it may be causing the leak. If you go to Amazon and look for a motor maintenance kit. It contains both the impeller and rubber rings. I'd call Fluval to see if it's still under warranty. It gets expensive for replacement parts.
