Not very clear, but the darker spots are the missing scales. His right side is perfectly normal, so I have no idea what's going on.
Is he going to be okay?
I just observed him a bit, and he is quite lethargic. Every time he gets close to the currents from the filter, it kinda pushes him away. He's been gulping at the top, which is not usual.
Will he survive a week without the 30 gal? I'm not able to get it asap :( I'll provide pics in a few...

Recently, I saw a tiny white spot on the middle of his right side, under his scale. It soon disappeared, and I thought nothing of it. Yesterday, out of the blue, the white spot grew prominently in place of the scale. It looked like fungus, so I made plans to treat it today...
I was about to clean the tank, when I noticed the white spot was gone. It looks like his scale fell off (it's just gone - no other way to explain it), and now others are starting to do the same. What's going on? :( does this have to do with the dropsy it may have had? HELP! :(

*note: it is quite fuzzy and it only appeared prominently today. A few days ago, I saw a little white, but it disappeared quickly. Now it's back and idk :(

UPDATE ON NUGGET:
Everything (well, almost) seems to be doing fine. He's swimming normally, without any signs of trouble, and his appetite is fine. His scales have become normal again and I was relieved.
But now, something's wrong again. On his right side, there's something white that's...
Oh, I'm sorry tangs27! I didn't see your comment. I'll keep it off, I'll just do water changes. Could you possibly check my last thread? I have a few questions on fish-in cycling.
