Alright, I exchanged the three swortails for two platys. As soon as I have the three more cardinals I'll be done.

I just discovered those "platys" are in fact female twinbar solar flare swordtails, so I may have to take them back to the store. I'd like to exchange them for more cardinal tetras and maybe a platy or two?

I don't have a water testing kit yet, but I'll be getting one tomorrow. I've had a betta and a frog before, and it did not end well. I do love little frogs but I wouldn't want to risk that again.
