    Are Nemo fish evil?

No, Nemo was the biggest fish. The Damsel was tiny, like half his size and the Blenny was a little smaller too

    Are Nemo fish evil?

Ocellaris clownfish. He's about 1 inch maybe. The hermit crab is pretty small. Nemo is the only fish in the tank. Until i added the Blenny and Damsel. But now he's the only fish in the tank again. The Blenny (the Rock), was eating everyday. So i don't know. I'm hesitant to add anymore fish

    Are Nemo fish evil?

Mine barely eats. but he's constantly swimming all over the place. Would have thought it would have built up an appetite. When i first put the blenny in he went up to it and proceeded to what looked like bite it in the head. I thought maybe it was being playful. I don't know, i mean i never...

Tank starting to cycle. Some q's

So I posted about my 29g tank a few weeks ago with the water levels out of wack, ammonia at 8, Nitrite at 10 and Nitrate at 200 that was due to the 35lbs of live rock I added, things are fianlly starting to look good. Ammonia <0.25, Nitrite 4 and Nitrate 40, PH holding at 7.8. My question is...

    New SW tank cycling

Ok so the other day when I was doing the water change I broke my hydrometer, the kind that bobs in the water. So I went and bought this one and it's showing a totally different salinity level. WTH? If this is indeed the salinity level should I do another water change without adding salt to bring...

    New SW tank cycling

Thanks guys. I'll let it sit for a few days then see if the ammonia is any lower. I've got an EHEIM canister sitting next to the tank i'll get hooked up. So no water change yet right? Since I did a 50% yesterday.

    New SW tank cycling

Ok, so i have the API ammonia tester. Did a 50% water change. Brushed off all the rocks gently like liveaquaria recommends in there how to on cycling with live rock and checked the water after 2 hours. Same result. Dark blue which is the highest number on the chart at 8.0. Who knows it might...

    New SW tank cycling

I just started up a 29 Gal SW tank and am cycling with 35lb of live rock. After a couple days the water condition is in bad shape. Ammonia is showing at the highest level 8.0 and Nitrites and Nitrates are showing the highest levels on the strip also. Do I let it sit like this and it will cycle...
