    I have seen him chase them, but never witnessed the actual killing. I suspected the shark all along but didn't want to prejudice any intelligent replies.

    Talked to my LFS guy. As soon as I mentioned my Rainbow Shark he told me the aggressive behavior towards fish of warm colors (i.e. reds and oranges) is common for the Rainbow.

    Approximately 8 months. Weekly 30 to 50 % water change. Full spectrum lighting during the day and a soft blue glow at night. Anything else?

    Heavily planted, fully cycled. Ammonia 0 Nitrite. 0 Nitrate. Near 0 Cascade 1000 with 2 trays of Biohome Ultimate

    "Their" death may be directly due to their color. I was hoping for validation of my suspicion.

    Health is not the issue. They died from physical trauma. I think I know which tank material is responsible and I am hoping someone has had the same problem.
