dwoh,
if the gravel vac wasn't dried out before you used it int he main tank, you MAY have transferred some ich into the main tank. i'd watch it carefully. It's happened to me, but with me, it was a reused net.
my goldfish were really active and hungry at 89 degrees, but my oranda, moor and...
I recently bought these plants but the store owner didn't know what they are. I also need help I.D.'in number 1 and 2 in the last picture. Any help is appreciated

Update on I.D.ing
1.? Seems to be propagating through runners.
2.? Doesn't seem like the wisteria pics I saw on...
I'm having trouble identifying number 1 and 2. I was told #1 was Cuban Ludwigia and #2 is Ludwigia Narrow Leaf. I looked them up and they didn't look like the labels at all. I'm pretty sure 3 is good old Ludwigia Repens and 4 is Rotala Inclinata but I could be wrong. I want to read up on them...

My temps are at 80 now and there's 3 table spoons of...

Oscar that's an amazing piece of driftwood! I'd recommend some Java Fern for that type of driftwood, I think the two would be a nice pairing since your driftwood is thin and branchy. maybe get another piece of driftwood to balance out the negative space on the left of the tank or a bunch of java...
Thanks for the reply fishguy. I guess I made a mistake attributing wen size to the health of the ranchu. I was just worried because I heard about fish being stunted. I had also thought the size of the wen is an indicator of good health as well as general girth/fatness. I wasn't aware it was a...
I just got a ranchu today from the local petland and I want you knowledgeable guys out there to analyze him. I really want a pronounced wen and he had the largest wen (or soon to be wen) out of all the other small ranchu there. Tips on care (I'm keeping him in a baby fish basket to keep him in...
