are mystery snails the giant purple ones? I've never bought any snails ever... they were always just freebies that came on plants

nothing crazy...a pair of gbr's, some guppies, tetras, live plants, snails, rasboras, co2... about it.

Snail eggs or something? Its probably an inch and a half long by 1/2 inch wide

so I had a pair of gbr's awhile back and the long story short is even though they were the biggest fish in my tank (tetra's, guppies, rasboras, etc) they never seemed to go to the top to eat like all the other fish so I'm worried because I got 2 more yesterday and they appear to just be too...

Anyone local to socal who wants some water lettuce or water hyacinth? I cleaned out my pond and theyre sitting in a wheelbarrow so probably wint last long but the whole wheelbarrow is full.

Thanks for the info but it kinda implies it will work as an aquatic plant like because it gives ph, placement suggestions, growth rate, etc....so will it live in the tank?
