What type of fish (Blenny) is this?

As of today I have a 30 gal reef tank but I'm planning on getting a 125 gal tank as an upgrade. Could I put a sailfin, blue, and yellow tang in this tank? To be clear I would not get them until I upgraded. Thanks!

Thanks and yes, they are rapidly growing. I have a flameback angel that seems to eat them.

Lately my anemone has been doing something strange. It retracts all the way and spews weby white stuff around it on my live rocks. It's happened twice pretty recently. What's going on?

Will they go away?
