So if I nixed the electric blue hap, what would you suggest adding instead? Also, are the Jewel cichlids ok? The jewels and the aceis are my favorites.

Thought about it, but my lfs kinda blows so those are just about the only ones I can get ahold of unless I want to pay out the nose. lol I rhymed.

I have a minimum 1:3 male:female ratio for all my livebearers. Just gives all the females some time to rest... apparently the males don't need it lol. Talk about one-track minds. I don't know if they will breed true, but four for $12? That sounds pretty darn good to me. I still haven't seen...

If y'all are worrying about too many fry, I kept five female bettas in my livebearer tank. They never messed with any of my adult fish, but during that time, I didn't have any fry unless I separated the female before she had her babies.
