Thanks for the suggestion, thats actually pretty much exactly what I was thinking of getting. I'm definitely planning on doing weekly PWC, and the eclipse filter is supposed to be one of the best out there (3 stage with bio-wheel).

Well, I'm fairly new, but 10 gal. is too small for any puffer I've ever heard of. They are generally very territorial, and even the indian dwarf puffer is reccomended for a minimum 30 gallon tank. As far as tetras, depends on what kind of tetra and how many...
