As far as I know there needs to be a male with the female. Although in this case you might have 2 females. Only asumption I can make

TBH that doesn't look like white spot to me. I can only that that it is some kind of fungus. If you havn't clean or treated the tank after the danios ot might be the same as what they had.

Might be snail eggs. They usually lay them out of the water
