i have noticed nipping between the tetras, they nip each other regularly. and my water parameters are all fine, should i possibly add some stress coat to my tank ?

one of my long fin black skirt tetras, has developed a reddish hue on its lower fin, i don't remember it being there before. my other black skirts don't have this discoloration. is this a normal occurrence or is something wrong with the fish? :confused:

i bought some fish from my local petco, the employee that sold them was unable to identify them, i have what i believe is a pink kissing gourmi. the fish came with a gray spot on its head, i was wondering if this is normal or something to be worried about, i have attached a photo of the fish...
