Algae eater in my tank is an Otocinclus.

Best I can tell, it is green dust algae. Spots on the glass, no strands.

I have a 10 gallon tank. Two mollies, three guppies, one platy, one ghost shrimp, and one small 1.5' algae eater. I am not sure the name of the breed of the algae eater, I just know that it is not a plecostamus (not sure of spelling). I am noticing some algae buildup on the edge of the tank...

I have two guppies that seem to constantly harass the platy. They follow the platy endlessly and always stay in close proximity. The platy clearly looks annoyed. Any ideas?

Thanks for the tip about not cleaning the gravel. I change 15% of the water each Monday. Is that appropriate?

I am using a test kit. According to the color chart, my ammonia level is closer to 0 ppm... I just refuse to believe that there is no ammonia level. My test tube is nearly clear with a yellow tint.. which according to the chart is 0 ppm.
