- My wife and I are remodeling our home and are looking to install a aquarium in a wall. The deminsions are to be 72 inches long, 30 inches wide, and 36 inches deep, and contain about 336 gallons. I enjoy native wildlife , so I am planning to create the scene of a natural lake, I want to have a variety of sunfish, minnows and maybe a mudcat or two.
