They really don't look like any of the snails in that article, but they are very small. Do you think they are ok to be in their or do I need to remove them?

Just a heads up Carey MAP pricing is only minimum advertised pricing, so the retailer can sell them for whatever they want. They just can't advertise under that price. In the future you know they are lieing if they say they can't sell them for under that. Sometimes their isn't much mark up...

I have to reef brite led stripes on my 56 gallon deep one actinic one daylight and they seem to work awesome on some of the soft stuff. Haven't tried any hard corals, but you could look into those and see if they make something for your tank size.

I have seen some people with them set up that way, but I have not had experience doing that.

I turned a pro clear aquatic dump kit into a refugium because of issue with stand size, but I uses refugium mud and after reading idk if that was a good idea. The other issue is getting the protein skimmer cup out to dump it. It is pain because of height issues.

I would say that it is bristle worm.

I had a friend with a power compact and he had the same issue. I guess he found out that the connectors where the end of the bulbs went in had burned up. You might check that, but that is all I can help.

Hey guys I have a 56 gallon tank and was going to buy and Algae scrubber but they are just way to expensive. I am running a refugium, but really want an Algae scrubber to help. Has anyone built one? Any instructions or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
