Wantimg to set up a 55 gal bow front for cichlids. I am just needing suggestions on what kind might be best for my size tank. Wanting something with lots of colors. Also what's best sand or rock substrate?how heavy should I plant it? Any suggestions would be great

Awsome yeah he is the only shark in that tank but I do have one in.my other tank that is bigger and good thing I asked because I literaly about to drop this one in the tank with the big guy
