I found all of these little guys all around my overflow and was wondering if they are bad or beneficial for my tank, and if these will grow big and clog my overflow drain/return.

I saw these things a while back thinking they would be no harm, but I decided now to identify them to see if they were good or not to have in my tank. There are hundreds of them in my overflow box. Anyone know? Thanks!

You could look at some tangs. Some of them are pretty bright and lively. A Yellow Tang is a pretty bright and lively fish that has a good price tag.

I have a lawn mower blenny and I have absolutely no hair algae. I'm not sure if multiple blenny's will cause a problem so I would look into that. It seems like a kole tang would eat the hair algae also, so it's really up to you. The kole tang is a little more expensive and pretty, but lawn...
