Not to thrilled about using medicine. I dont want to effect any of my other fish

Woke up this morning and Happy Mothers day, you fish is sick! One of my dalmation mollys has popeye, I think. My water perams are fine. Her eye just looks like its poping out. Never saw it before. What do I do?

I am going to move her to a hospital tank. Do i add the salt slowly?

Well it looks like a she. So she might have some eggs in her.

Might be. Guppys are happier in a group. Give him a few more days. If he doesnt do better I woould suggest moving him with the other guppies. Or putting more guppies with him

He is still faily new to the tank. Give him some time to adjust.

What does it mean when a fish flashes. I cought my golden lytail molly rubbing on one of my decorations. All water perams fine. No other fish showing symptoms. 55 gallon fresh water tank, tropical community.
