I currently have a 25 gallon tank with a red cap oranda golfish and an otocinclus. I was thinking about getting another fish, but I wasn't sure if 25 gallons was sufficient room for another fish. Also what kind of fish would get along well with my red cap? thanks
Also, he I've noticed that he has a slight dull red stripe on his tail fin. It's not very noticeable though. Is that normal? I tried to research it online but I couldn't find anything.

Thanks! I definitely wanted to buy a bigger tank and I'm going to be moving into an apartment in August so I'll be allowed to bring my fish with me. Would a 30 gallon tank be sufficient? I'll definitely perform more frequent water changes, but how often should I change the filter cartridge?
