thers a few different products to kill these.. best if you have a fish only tank look into getting a racoon butterfly... they wont stand a chance... the other thing and is the cheepest.. is PH down for pools... you dont need a lot... the ph dower will come in white little balls... about the...
i have one of these for about 8 years now.. bout it off a guy who had it for 5 years... i had to angel it to the side cause its about 2 1/2 feet tall now... with 18 branches comming off of it.. careful the branches dont touch each other if you can cause the will stick together and grow over...
they might. i have a flame angel in my reef no problem.. the dwarfs are far less likely to pick at corals.. at the fish store i worked at out of all the dwarf angels the only one that was brought back was a bi-colour angel cause it was picking at corals.. its a chance you would have to take but...
i would get a fairy wrasse.. they are reef safe and help keep every thing clean, they also eat a lot of parasites. make sure you have a cover on your tank as these guys like to jump
have you ever thought about a mandrin goby... its a brightly colour fish and they have a lot of charter to them... the males have the high dorsal fin, kind of like a fire fish.... or a royal gramma
for angels if you are going to try it i would stick to one of the dwaf angels.. as in like a fire or a coral beauty...never heard anyone saying they had a problem with thosewhen i worked at the fish store... bi- color's are nice but i didi have someone bring one back cause it did nip on polyps...
Aggressive Reef, you will have to be care full with this due to the fact that they will eat your clean up crew if they are feed or not feed.... if you go a way for a weekend there is a good chance that ur clean up crew wont be there cause as much as we all say we will feed our fish everyday so...
an other relaly good one for begingers is a colt coral .. grows really easy and your can split them too with no trouble of hurting the main stock.. I wouldnt put it near the bottom of the tank.. put it at the top and if it does fine then you can slowly move it down the rock and find out where...
if your looking top up grade make sure its drilled!!!!!!!!!!!! every where has there own price because different company use different thickens of glass, so it might be cheep at one place but the glass might not be as thick... make sure you do some looking into and dont buy the cheepest tank...
live sand doesnt need like rock for both to cure.. they wil ldo that themself. rock does take about a month.. and i agree with gooyferret to stock slowly and to get a test kit. you could buy cured rock but a lot of times pet stores say it is but it really isnt.. so just be careful for that...
