Awesome, good to know! Any recommendations for anything for brown and green algea? I've always just used snails or plecos. Thanks!

Hi all, I've found lots of conflicting advice on the Web so I just thought I'd ask you guys. Are dojo loaches and apple snails a bad idea together? If so, any recommendations on a cold water loving algea eater? Thanks!

Hi all! So I'm planning out my 55g, and I'm wanting to add a bubbler. The question is: is there a really truly quiet air pump? It seems like all the kinds I've had over the years have been noisy in one way or another, so I'm looking for recommendations on something quiet abs wonderful! Thanks...
Thanks for the replies!

Hi all, I'm planning out a tank with a couple of shubunkins in it. (55 gallon) Does anyone have any recommendations of tank mates, esp algea eaters, etc.
Thanks!

Interesting! I'll pass this one by the husband, too! (I'm trying to get him into the hobby too, because I'm an enabler!) ?

Either or, I'm open to ideas! Thankfully I live in an area with a lot of LFS (and some that special order!) So the sky is the limit! Well, within reason of course.
I love puffers, I'm thinking later down the road having a small pea puffer tank. Or, maybe a puffer only tank may be the way to...
