i have a 40 gallon with about 15lbs of LR and 15 lbs of base rock. fuzzy dwarf lionfish, and an angler fish.
their is also a domino damsel which for somereason, neather fish ate, so now its apart of the tank hehe.
but would a skimmer be the only thing i need? i havent really lkooked into...

yup, that wasp fish is definately a trooper. he's got some serious digestion on his fins though, should this be cause for concern? i do not have a QT to put him in, nor the money/equipment available to do it.

update, at some point in the last 20 minutes the angler regurgitated the wasp fish, alive.
both fish seem fine, wasp fish looks like he has seen better days though (looks like his dorsal fin was digested a bit)

yeah, didnt expect that, everyone has been saying that those two fish were compatable with each other at LFS...onmtop of which the fish were about equal in size.
sure enough though, angler fish baited hima nd ate him within an hour of acclimation. im worried though that the angler will die...
well it just ate 5 ghost shrimp. went to the LFS i dont like going to and they ahd some shrimp. he ate them happily. but im gonna try the garlic idea in a couple days, see how he fairs
true. i am just concerned because alot of the sites i checked say that feeder shrimp are a good idea. but LFS doesnt have that, and they recomended the goldfish. which didnt seem to work anyways.

well the light is PC and not MH. its not both. from the buzz on lighting on these forums, people are going to say get a mh if you want those deleate corals. i persoanlly have no experience with corals or MH lights. so thats all i can tell you ;)
