Upgrade from a 75 gallon tank

If I were to upgrade to a larger tank, what would be the next step. Would a 125 be a big difference in maintenance? I like the amount of work I am currently putting in and don't want to put too much more work. So if everything is equal. whats a good size upgrade from a 75?

    Lionfish Identification and Questions

Thats a great point about the water being too warm for the lionfish...thank you. I told myself that I was slowing down to make a list and think about how I want to add the fish. I keep reading that nothing happens fast in this hobby, I am starting to understand it more and more.

    Lionfish Identification and Questions

What I think I am going to do is slow down a bit. The lionfish would be a great addition, but may not be exactly what I want. I also worry about my tank capacity being a 75 gallon tank. But I want to get a fish that is a the main attraction. While I have looked at larger angles, they don't fit...

    Lionfish Identification and Questions

I just went to the LFS and they had a dwarf lionfish. It was red, perhaps on the rusty side, with blue lines on the inside of the pectoral fins. It doesn't look like any of the other lions on liveaquaria etc... They are selling it as a Blue Fin Dwarf Lionfish. It is the most amazing fish I have...

Another "rounding out my tank" Question

I agree with everything you said. I have done quite a bit of reading which is why I left questions for conformation more than strict advice. I got 55 gallons of water with the tank, it was more of a move than a re-establishing of the tank. My reading have been 0 for ammonia and nitrates, I have...

Another "rounding out my tank" Question

I currently have a lohghorn cowfish, One Spot Foxface rabbitfish, flame angel, and falco(dwarf) hawkfish in order of addition to aquarium. I have a 75 gallon (4ft long) tank set-up with a sump with bioballs (I read that adding LR would be better than the balls?) and a protein skimmer. The...
