    10" Finnex FugeRay ultra slim.

I read one like that too but it was about a different model. I'd go for the twelve to be relatively safe though. The fact that there's only a two inch difference means they probably don't adjust out a ton

    10" Finnex FugeRay ultra slim.

Yeah, I just edited my post but it doesn't appear to be adjustable and the 10 inch one would be too short if they're measuring end to end

    10" Finnex FugeRay ultra slim.

Oh sorry, I googled it and didn't realize they had a different ultra slim model. They don't sell it on the site I was on so I couldn't find one with legs. Edit: The ultra slim I'm finding with legs does not appear to be adjustable. The 12inch one probably isn't even enough but I'm not sure how...

If we're talking about the same light it doesn't have legs... It has a single arm. Can you post a link to the light you're talking about

I'm also curious! (I know, so helpful right?) It seems to have good reviews. Depending on the yays/nays this thread gets I'll possibly get one for my planted RCS and Scarlet Badis tank!

minimum size quarrantine for a quarter dollar sized angelfish?

Either would be much better than the bag but neither could be permanent

    Desk Top Tanks at Work

I don't have one since my work involves no desk but wow you have room for that? I'd go dark substrate and planted if that's your preference and some nice rock work or even driftwood . As far as stock, it depends, do you want an active tank (possibility of being distracting) or a calmer/more...

Nematodes maybe? Is the tank planted?

    driftwood offline

Soak it a lot. Mine took about two weeks for a smallish piece. Boil it if you can to speed it up. I boiled water and put it in a bucket to soak and replaced the water once every one to two days depending on the water color. Cool/cold water didn't seem to cause the tannins to come out anywhere...

Fluval 306 sucking fish into intake

Yeah you can use pantyhose or get a prefilter sponge or just cut a filter sponge to fit snugly if you have some lying around

    Brine Shrimp Colony

They need saltwater so you can't keep them with the feeding tank. If you want to breed them you should set up a 5-10 gallon aquarium. Once it's set up you just hatch eggs and then wait for them to hatch and they'll breed by themselves. After around a week they will be mature enough to breed and...

    Canister filter for 10 gallon?

The zoo med one can be used in an aquarium but you should only expect it to do about half of what it's rated for. I think that one is rated for 25g? So at half it wouldn't be the best. The U2 would likely be better. You also need to account for the fact that the Zoo med one only has about a 2...
