Well she didnt make it. When I fished her out I didnt notice anything abnormal on her. I did find it odd that her mouth and eyes were wide open when I found her. Maybe that's normal Im not sure. I'll just have to keep an eye on my other fish and see if I notice anything else.

PH result was 8.2 right about what it always is.

Oh and I got it at my LFS. Same place I bought all my other fish.

yes and no. I've been struggling with ammonia. Ammo is usually somewhere from .125-.25, nitrites at 0, and nitrates around 5-10. Been doing 50% water changes pretty much every day to keep ammo low.

Well my snail hasn't been seeming the best and I have a kuhli who seems to be struggling as well. So i was thinking of using it as quaratine until I'm ready to add more fish or they seem ok again.

well I know they normally have lighter bellies but this kuhli is very fat/swollen or something. It almost looks like its skin is sagging down. And instead of the belly looking white it is almost transparent/cloudy. Kind of hard to explain. Wish I had a decent camera.

I looked at the kuhli closer today and yes it is from just behind the head and almost all the way to the end. The last little bit near the tail looks normal.

It's almost the.full length of its body. I've read that pregnant loaches can die from refusing to lay their eggs. No idea if this is the case or how to know if its pregnant.
