Mucho gracias...yeah no skimmer...and lights on about 11-12 hours a day..sometimes more..i think i need to buy a timer...lighting is basic, what came with kit...so i need an upgrade with that...phosphate levels i am unsure about, but i could do more water changes and i could cut down on the...

Sorry I did a search but could not find anything...if this was already posted plz accept my apologies... My tank has been up for about 3 months now...everythin goin good have some brown algae that grows on the glass and sand/rock from time to time but nuthin big...well now I am noticing little...

so what do you guys think about the pics?...just normal stuff happening? wont harm the fish?

Not adding anything to the tank...not quite sure if it had coralline algae on it...should i be adding something? or testing the cal and alk?

Hey guys, had the tank set up for about 1.5 months and levels and ph and all that stuff is great...in fact i just added 2 spotted puffers and another crab today :-) but i noticed some of my LR is turning white on top....whats goin on? Thanks! David

lol i think ppl get lazy and abbreviate too much..then im left trying to research what it means and the post ends up all broken for me!! lol nah, these boards are cool because you can mouse over the abbrv. and it tells you what it is . pretty nice!

i can't say about different types but i have 4 green chromis and they go everywhere together.

what type of test kit do you use? i have to color match mine so i could have a nitrate of 23 when its really 10 or 15 lol

also just something that popped up in my mind...how would you put a protien skimmer on an eclipse tank without cutting? btw love the fish you have.
