    JColon you are right and that is my biggest nightmare as well. I had a 55 gal on a 2nd floor of an apt and really never thought about it but it is always a possibility. I hope and pray that would never happen but like u said u never know. Thanks

    These are high end apartments and are newly constructed about 2yrs old, if that. I am not sure how to find the hoist and I am not sure if the wall I am planning to put it against is a load bairing wall.

    Yes I do live in hurricane zone and these are new constructed places that is required to follow hurricane structure regulations. I also have rental insurance which would cover any issues. I hope all will be ok.

    Aqua Controllers

    I have been on the fence about purchasing a controller for my SW 75gal Tank, will be a mixed reef after cycling. I like the new Apex Jr. since it is modular I can add on to it if need be. what kind of Controller do you use and what are the benefits you like and cons of your controller? Thanks

    Tjm, that is the exact silicone I already have since I wanted to reseal my aquarium to ensure no leaks. Dap Aquarium Safe Silicone works great, thank you! The glass pieces are cheaper and with the silicone it will seal aganist glass. The only thing I will have to worry about is it breaking...

    @ Carey I totally understand your point. I also live in Florida and just was thinking about it. Anyone else have an opinion on this, I am interested to hear it.
