    I had the same problem with my Kenyis. They are way more aggressive than most mbuna. I got rid of mine eventually. They're just not cut out for a community mbuna tank. Sent from my iPad using Aquarium Advice

    Bumblebees get a lot bigger than your average african cichlid so they mature at a larger size. Even if it does change color that won't be a definitive way of telling its gender. Some females will turn black if they feel dominant enough and some males will stay yellow if they feel subdominant...
