Keep the water, keep the sand. No need to throw it away, period. I used 30g totes from wal- mart to move rock, coral and fish from my 250g tank.

Hmmm... If you're unsure about bleach I definitely won't go that route until someone can confirm it will be ok... Do you have any other suggestions? I appreciate the input.

Thank you so much, even though I'm still a little confused. Let's put it this way: I have 6 bulbs, and can only place 4 of them. 2 of those six are called "Aquablue" and the other 4 are "Acitinic." So, what combination of 4 out of those 6 I just listed will be best for coral growth/beauty...
