I have 2 containers of san fran bay brand bloodworms. How often do i feel them to my fish I have; 7 rosy barbs 1 giant danio 1 CAE 12 ghost shrimp 5 red cherry shrimp 5 amano shrimp

Heres this youtube video hes the one in main focus have done bi weekly water changes and once a month 50 percent water changes maintaining high water quality for several months steady. Hes just shaking his head a lot and doing weird turns and flips. Thanks for the input and help!
