    Hi!

What are the specific advantages of the added water volume and footprint? I never thought of that. :thanks:

    Hi!

:thanks: Until a week or so ago, I didn't even think about trying to find a fish forum. I'm glad I did -- I think it'll help me to take better care of my little friends. :thumb:

    Missing a Platy

 Funny. haha. Well, here's the good news--when I woke up in the morning, there were 2 Platys swimming in the tank like nothing ever happened. I cannot understand what happened!! What a mystery.

    Missing a Platy

Me too! I didn't think it was common for them to be very aggressive. I didn't even know it's something possible--for one to eat another (??) Missing a Platy

Thanks. :) I have checked all around, under, under everything, in the filter & she's nowhere to be found. Thank you, though!

    Hi!

Thank you. Hi! And yep--I've been considering changing sizes. Are Mollies the same way as Platys? I have 2 Platys . . . Things I had read before online seemed to indicate that 2 Platys would be OK in that size tank, but I wasn't sure. My Betta did seem very happy alone in that size & was...

    Hi!

Hi, I'm new here. I have a small aquarium, between 3 & 5 gallons. I had a single betta living in there for almost 2 years. He recently passed, then I cycled the tank, and recently got 2 Platys for the tank. I'm a novice fishkeeper, but I really enjoy it, and I've learned so much already...

    Missing a Platy

I purchased 2 female Gold Twinbar Platys last week. Today, when I came home from work, I found that one of them is missing. They were the only two fish in the tank with no other creatures in there. How could one just disappear? I have looked in all of the decor, filter, gravel, etc. There's...
