    I can't seem to find the information right now but I know you have to be careful with certain types of rock. There is a test somewhere on this forum....something about puttin Viniger(?) on the rock and watching for it to bubble.....I'm sure with a more deticated search you could find it

    thanks i missed this section. Also, for more info this is a pvc pipe and we only need a temporary fix as within the next 6months we are redoing the entire plumbing.

    Hi I'm usually not in the salt water section as I keep freshwater at home but at my work we have salt water. The outtake tube of our 300gal tank has leak what do I do. My boss said there is a tape we can put on it, and i this forum has always given me great advice so what should I use.

    Thanks. They don't hang out on the glass like that anymore now that they've eaten all my algea. I really need to get a better picture of my planted tank but alas my camera is broken. :( Here's a few more - I don't know how some of these posters get such clear shots!
