Looks like Bristle worm. Harmless scavenger, I have like 3 or 4 in my tank. Don't touch it tho, those spinney things on their side hurt I heard.

Carey's right I would go with a Chinese fixture just due to those par 38s will probably cost more than the other fixture. I also heard those Chinese fixtures do well for corals.
