I'm not too sure about the scorpion fish, but I was doing a lot of research on the angler fish and found out that whatever they can fit their mouth around they will eat it. I read a lot of post that they end up eating clown fish, fire fish or whatever. You need to keep them in a tank with bigger...

Try looking up www.reefrocks.net. They have pretty good deals from what I heard. Maybe you can get the sand from them it seems pretty cheap. I'll be setting up a 40b shortly and will go with their sand.

Carey's right I would go with a Chinese fixture just due to those par 38s will probably cost more than the other fixture. I also heard those Chinese fixtures do well for corals.
