One thing I do know is that in a 110 gallon, you can get a lot more fish. Some angelfish, discus, or gouramis would look good in that tank.

Does buce spread like a stem plant or does it only propagate through flowers lik anubias does?

Sorry, forgot to mention one small detail. For darts, you would have to have a sloping substrate down into the water for the dart frogs to climb out of the water. However, if there was only land on one side of the water, the frogs would have to intentionally drown themselves. Bribo, I do not...

Diamond tetras, bleeding heart tetras, emperor tetras, or even hatchetfish would be some options as far as schooling fish go.

First of all, what you are talking about is called a paludarium if you wanted to do more research for yourself. Second, in a 20 gallon tank, the water area would have to be much bigger than that if you wanted to keep fish in it. Third, poison dart frogs or a type of newt would be your best...

I think that is a good stocking, but if you want a top dweller, you can rule out rummy nose tetras. They tend to swim all over the tank, but mostly towards the bottom, hiding under cover.

Thank you all! That weird looking tube in the second picture is a spray bar for a DIY filter, but it is only temporary. The filters will soon be replaced by and intank sump along the back, and I might color the wall of the sump with something black with texture to attach moss to.

I'm open to any and all suggestions. It's a 75 gallon, and I have no idea any methods I want to go with, but I am definitely going to keep all but one piece of driftwood.

Perhaps swap the dwarf gouramis for pearl gouramis, and maybe just do one male and two females. Then the angels would be fine in there. One question, can you please provide your tank details?
