Is this stone ok for my turtle tank (I've got alot in my yard)

I feed them homade food like blended vegitables rolled in balls it messes up the tank when I feed them

I do check the tank for ammonia and they are lion head goldfish and a kinda dwarf fantail. I also have a very tiny Pleco in it

It has a filter so it is always clean

You might find this wired but I have my 2 goldfish in one of these 6g tanks and there still alive
