I found what was the problem after too muchs reaserching it was circulation problem and phosfate accumulation I added a phosphate absortion media and its much better

it could be installe on your laundry room is easy there is some things you will need from home depot

12 pounds of rock 84 Gallons is too little you need at least 1 pound of rock per gallonw and more if you do not have any other filtration system or skimmer

I think destilled water yes is better tha just tap water but defenetlly RO the Best and every lLFS sell it but in the long run will be expensive If you have sink you can can hook up you Ro system i dont believe you have sink in you house.

I have herd people that use destiled water I havent used it personally

check your amonia levels it sounds like you add fish too quick and more if the live rock was not cured when you bought it
