Looks like they are manufacture specific IE TMC controller will only work Aquabeam LED's
Looking for something a bit more versatile. Interpet have some good LED's but no controller...

Tried that, the old gasket is far to hard and has little or no compression capabilities can't even get the top down.
I was think of using some bath sealant as a base layer, let it dry then put the gasket on. Trouble is, is how to get a small enough and uniformed bead in the gap?

I have just replace the seal and covered it in silicone grease yet the bugger still is leaking around the seal.
Any one know if this is a common fixable problem

I have a marine test kit for things like Nitrite, Nitrate, Ammonia and PH.
Can I use this to test Freshwater, or are they specific to saltwater only.
