You may have problems with the two tangs.

2-20 watts, definitely No. As for that PC, I would say you can get by with some corals but not most corals.

Since you are new I would go with a FOWLR. Get some experience behind you then move on to corals. Hope this helps

how low of light are we talking about? but a low light coral would be the mushroom coral

If you are going to have a dsb go with the 90 but if you aren't I would go with the 75. hth

Because of their bad survival record and the fish you already have I would say no smaller than 75 gallon and some people may say you still need to go bigger. But I would really rethink the copper banded butterfly just because they are difficult to keep. sorry for the disappointment.

depending on the size of your tank a triggerfish makes an excellent beginner fish. They are very hardy, very beautiful,and have a lot of personality, however they are aggressive.

I use tropic marin excellent result.

You can keep a fuzzy dwarf lionfish with a sharpnose toby puffer (they are a dwarf puffer) I would recommend the valentini toby puffer. You could try the volitan with the valentini but I wouldn't advice you too, but supposably the valetini is toxic to fish if they are ingested so fish don't...

assuming you have no fish now, I would favor a type of blenny, one of my favorites is the redlip blenny. other I would suggest a firefish goby they excellent coloration IMO. Hope this helps

Copperbanded have an uneven survival record so read up on them before you purchase one. However, I like the Flame Angelfish, this will add great coloration. Another one of my favorite small fish to try is a Redlip blenny, they have alot of character. You could also try a Scott's fairy wrasse...

sorry to be more specific an Australian Harlequin Tusk.

I am interested in getting a small harlequin tusk around 2-3 inches is this possible (I've been told by LFS it is difficult to get this size) also how hardy are they at this size and in general? How well do they acclimate?TIA

I did some research for you and this is what I found:Males from some indonesian waters have a blue tail with a dark border; in other gorgraphic areas the tail is bright orange. The females tail is clear. hope this helps
