No it's not. It absorbs excess nutrients. Carbon diesnt do that.

Instant ocean is just fine. If all the public aquariums use it you can too. If your corals aren't doing well its likely something else in your system.

Not true. Natural sunlight is what many corals use. Excess algae comes from excess nutrients in the system. Not the wrong color rating.

Hey all. Just joined, just set up my 800 gallon monster tank, going pretty well. Also have a 475 gallon reef tank, along with several other 265s, 180s etc in my fish room.
