thanx for the link but actually i looking at actuall tree bark that is used for terrariums...i seen it labled as cork bark....

do u guys have anything against using cork bark that would normally be used in terrariums, as a background for the aquarium?...it doesnt matter to me if it tints the water or lowers the ph because the tank is gonna be south american themed

maybe 3 discus would be ok in a 55 but active schooling fish? i would go with severl types of tetras...cardinals,black neons,glowlite, silver tip, blue tetras....jus find a good mix of those and ur tank shgould be active!

u can keep a gourami and a n angel together they will be ok ina tank that big. i kept a gourami and angel in a 30...i shouldn't have ..but they did fine together

well i cant get more bulbs, the fixtures that came with the tank is only enough for one bulb in each fixture and there is two fixtures...i do plan on using co2 as well... i would think as long as i supplement them they would be ok with the best lighting that i can provide cuz i have cambomba in...

i just got a 100 gallon tank and it has two florescent fixtures. my tank is gonna be planted with mostly south american plants and i was wondering what are the best(brightest) florescent bulbs?

how about one dwarf gourami...those come in a variety of colors and would be an excellent centerpice fish..imo

where could u get or see a pic of that aquasoil amazonia?

but what happens if i order a black ocellaris and a regular ocelleris and i end up with two males or two females will they still be ok if i acclimate them together and stuff?

or try bolivian rams..which are easier to care for than gbr's or why not a small pleco like a bristlenose pleco...

hey on live aquaria it said if u acclimate different species of tank bred clownfish at the same time they will be fine with each other..is this true because i wanted to put a tank bred ocellerous clown with a black perculia clown in a nano cube..would this be ok?

i know the loahces will get big..i mentioned that i am gonna get rid of them in the beginng of the post..
