I have 3 tanks. 2x10g and a 30g. They all decorated with rocks and planted. The rocks were all tested with vinegar. Out tap water have a ph of 9-10.when in the aquarium it settles down to 7.2-7.3. That is in all but the one 10g tank. In that tank it stays at 8.2. What am I missing. Why...
