Well I looked at them closer and they seem to be coming from these white lines that are slowly covering my live rock. They only seem to be emerging at the end of the white lines and only where there is the max amount of flow in the tank...

Could I blow them off the rock and kill them that way???

You could always try a GBR (Singular), they get some good coloring and will display when they think you are invading their territory. My mom has one and she just dechlorinates the water, (We have very hard water, she insists that she wont use RO water and that water out of the tap is better for him)
