Quick question, should I do my weekly water change during treatment or wait until treatment is up?

Has anyone ever seen this happen? One of my panda corys cruzes the middle of the tank all the time, rarely do I see him at the bottom with the other corys. I find it funny to watch and was just wondering if anyone has had this happen. Share your stories of odd cory behavior!
