How much light is enough for anubias? I used to leave ~12 hrs the lights on and the anubias were doing great, but a week ago since I'm leaving the lights on for 9 hrs it seems they are dying, I see brown leafs. Any recommendation? Thanks!

That will depend on what type of light you have on the aquarium. If you just have the light that comes with the kit, I would suggest you put low tech plants, like javafern, anublas.

I've noticed that over the last week, there is some white stuff, like cotton, growing on the surface of my driftwood. Is this a type of fungus? It seems my platies like to eat that but I am not sure if I should be worried about or not. How can I get rid of it? Have a nice weekend all.
