Will be prepping a tank for a pair of Fundulopanchax Mirabilis Traudeae Tinto killifish this evening. Tank is aged and planted. Will be arranged for additional hiding spots. Excited as this will be my first venture with killies. Also, water changes colony maintenance for my shrimp and guppy tanks.

Ok, i had read about the brackish water at 25~35 ppt for the best chances but wanted to see if anyone had suggestions. I have a 10gal that i may try and set up.

So I picked up 2 Amanos for the 40gal. 3 weeks later she is full of eggs. Any suggestions on how to increase chances of successful rearing?

I am ftom Southeast Ohio and I agree, not much out there in terms of clubs or fish stores. There is a nice little shop in Belpre with staff that is very helpful with quite a bit of experience.

Any LFS near Gatlinburg, TN? I have friend going down this weekend and he wants to find some stores to visit.
