Hard to tell from the photos but I would be wary that it is a crack especially since it appears to go all the way to the edge of the pane. You might try to view it with a flashlight at an angle and try to identify how deep into the pane it goes.

The 330ppm is coming from a digital TDS meter I have and the 216ppm for sodium is from the well test that was done when we moved in.

Success! Took me a few more days but the cycle finally finished. I ended up having to do two 80% water changes to get the nitrates to an acceptable level but the fish are in! Thanks for all the help. I've definitely learned my lesson regarding using a new test kit.

Yeah it was zero yesterday so I didn't bother testing it again. How many ppm should I bring it up to?
