Guessing from the way she looks and experience, I'd guess about a week. Make sure she is comfortable, don't move her around too much or she will stress and hold the babies or even abort them!
Update: my fish passed away two days ago :( now two other fish of mine are sick but it's not with the same thing. Did a complete water change and now the two are looking a little better so it's not as serious. Hope I don't lose anyone else.
My Roomate who is baby sitting them all while I'm out of town says she fed her after a few days and she was looking a little better but now she's back to her sick self :/

I know once they are big enough not to fit in an adult guppies mouth they should be okay to fend for themselves. Even so there should be plants just incase to give them hiding spots.
