Last night after work I went and bought a Clown Pleco and 3 more Otocinclus catfish. They are already settled in and the otos are schooling together grazing algae.

Probably won't do snails but if you read I already have four Otocinclus catfish, maybe I just need more for this sized tank?

Carbon I don't see a need to supplement Carbon Dioxide with the results I am already seeing. The plants grow fast already and I trim them as needed. The population of fish produces plenty of Carbon Dioxide to promote plant growth. The plants produce a lot of Oxygen and it seems to be working fine.
