    Saltwater tank converted to fresh?

    I've got an old 29 gal tank and equip. I haven't used in about 7 years and was planning on setting it back up. Before I go and buy all the salt tests etc. I was wondering if its possible to clean out the tank well enough to convert it to freshwater? Anyone done this before? I assume I'll have to...

    Getting a tank going after 7 years in storage

    I have recently retrieved the saltwater tank I had in college from my parents garage where I stored it after graduation and the ensuing moves that starting out in the world requires. It's been unused for 7 years or so and I am now settled and want to start it up again. I've tested the pumps etc...
