I've left fish including fry for 10 days & they were fine, in a mature tank there's plenty of insuforia to keep them going for a while. Those feeder blocks can foul the water quite quickly, I'd not use them, do a water change before you go to make sure everything's good & another when you get back.

I'd leave the cycled filter where it is until you get the puffer, a few snails wouldn't produce enough ammonia to keep the cycle going imo

You don't need to use salt, just raise the temp as said above to 86 & keep it there for at least two weeks, do regular water changes & gravel vacs to remove any Ich spores that fall off, you can also add an airstone to help with oxygenation as warmer water holds less oxygen.

Most dechlorinators will remove chloramine though check on the bottle or the manufacturers website, as above Prime will & imo it's one of the best.

I'm another that never uses salt I see no need for it as a regular additive & for some fish it can be an irritant

They really need to be kept in groups so no they wouldn't be suitable for your tank. Endlers tend to hang around the middle to top a lot of the time

Angels need a bigger tank, you could have a group of 6 of one of the smaller corys & a honey gourami & some shrimp

If the meds don't say to turn up the temp then I wouldn't as high temps & meds often don't mix, follow the instructions on the meds to the letter. I'd do frequent gravel vacs while you're treating to suck up any Ich spores that fall off the fish.

Fiddlers & halloween crabs need brackish water, you'll need marine salt & a hydrometer or refractometer to test the salinity which should be around 1.005-1.010

Give them time to settle in to their new surroundings, leave the light off for a day or two & try not to disturb them, if they're still being aggressive after a few days then separate them.

The larger one is most likely a female & the smaller ones make, it sounds like spawning behaviour if the males are chasing the female

That crayfish is more than likely the culprit, they should really not be kept with fish. I second what others have said, you are very overstocked but if that crayfish stays then before long he'll be the only thing in the tank

I'd rehome the rainbow shark, it'll get too big for your tank & they get territorially aggressive as they mature, you'd then have space for more pentazonas
